Former College athlete from Baltimore Maryland.PJ has developed a comprehensive system which encompasses essential components to become an elite athlete or an elite human being. Key principle of proper movement is the key to human performance. Other key principles stability, body control, motor skill development, speed, reactivity, power, agility and injury prevention as well as corrective footwork application from a sports performance perspective. Through this system the client will be better connected mentally & physically, creating a more efficient and safe system of movement. By developing different movement skills, which is tailored to the client because everyone is different. They will be better connected through the brain which will directly translate to the physical. Must train the brain first! Everything else will follow physically.
